Since December of last year, something has clearly changed at this office, and unfortunately, not for the better. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., yet I remained in the examination room until 3:30 p.m. without being seen by a physician or receiving any update regarding the delay. When I went to the front desk to inquire, I was simply told that I "had to wait." While I understand that delays can occur in a medical practice, patients deserve clear communication, courtesy, and respect for their time. The response I received reflected a lack of professionalism and customer service. Simply telling a patient to wait, without an explanation or apology, is not an acceptable standard of care. The administration should seriously evaluate the level of customer service training provided to its front desk staff, as they are often the first and last point of contact with patients. Investing in effective customer service training would significantly improve the patient experience and help restore confidence in the practice. I had scheduled a appt for a cleaning via online the beginning of February for 02/28/26 which is a Saturday. I arrive for my 10:30am appt and when I tried to open the door it was locked and no was there. I tried calling 3x and even tried to call the Oviedo and Casselberry locations and no answer. I decided to call the emergency and even the rep said she sees the hours for Saturday from 8am to 2pm..I'm very upset because I needed this done by this date because my insurance was ending. I did see on the hours on the door and shows Saturday as once a month. If you not open every Saturday you shouldn't let the system schedule patients online for those days. I was recommended by my mom who's a patient and this really P.O. since I needed this done after a very rough month.. *PS never got any calls or emails to confirm appt and even when I've tried to schedule late 2025 never got any returned calls after leaving a voicemail

Great experience at this place. Friendly staffs. Very easy to make appointment. Clean clinic and no waiting. Me and my two kids had a check up and cleaning. The doctors were very gentle. Kids had good time weren’t scare at all.
